    Steps for L1B to L1A

    Hi, I am on l1b/i94 and completed 4 years in US. My i-94 is still valid for 1 year.
    I am handling a team of onsite/offshore resource but got my l1b visa based on specialized knowledge.
    What are the prerequsites for converting to L1A? Do I need to inform USCIS now about my changed role before i get converted to L1A?
