L1B blanket Visa rejection rate for Indian IT companies

I heard till last year, rejection rate for L1B blanket was very high for Indian IT companies like Infy, techM etc.

Please let me know if you are aware regarding latest situation.

No percentage available in public domain but I feel that first time stamping chances have improved, extensions are still facing scrutiny.

Global average L-1B approval rate 87%
Indian L-1B approval rate 44%
Canadian L-1B approval rate 96%

I have no way of telling whether USCIS is racist, or the low approval rates are because so many Indian applicants are bodyshop subsidiaries. They are obviously not going to like it when people apply for L visas as a cap-exempt substitute for H visas.
