I-140 for dependents

Hi,
I am on L1B visa currently and have approved I-140.
My wife is on H1B and does not have I-140 but as a dependent she is on I-140..
Does this mean that my wife also has an approved I-140 or she needs to get her own?

When your priority date becomes current, your spouse and unmarried minor children at that time can adjust status to that of a permanent resident,or obtain immigrant visas via consular processing.
