L1 Blanket I-129S petition expired, extension denied & valid I-94

HI ,
I had applied for my L1b extension within the US. I have got RFE asking for more evidence and then got denied. Has anyone experienced the same with L1B extension?

My Visa is till Nov, 2017
I-129S petition is expired on I-94
Last entry to US is 10, Feb 2015
Max out - 13 July, 2017
I-94 Expiry : 16 Apr, 2017

L1 Blanket extension is denied on 23 June, 2015

Can I continue to stay & work in US since my I-94 is valid till 2017 or should I have to leave the US?

Please suggest what path I should take here.

Dont understand "I-129S petition is expired on I-94" .
Also if I-94 was valid till 2017 why was the extension applied? What was the reason for denial? Did the denial notice say anything about leaving?
