L1 A blanket got rejected

My L1 A blanket visa got rejected last year saying that this is a very specialized type of visa and I need to apply in different category. Talk to your HR.

Questions asked
1. How Long you are working with this organization?
2. What will be your salary in USD?
3. How many repartees you have?

Can I apply again in L1 A blanket or I need to go for L1 A individual? Because in a year period my team has grown in good amount and I am at program manager level now.

If there is substantial material change in the position you applied for 1 Year back and now, yes you can apply in Blanket category again, but if not, then would advise to go L1 individual route or H1.

Below are the exact reason mentioned on 221(g)
"Your Blanket L-1 Application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2(I))(!!)(D) and INA 101 (a)(15)(L)”

So still can I go for L-1 A Blanket or I have left with only 1 option i.e. L1-A Individual
