I need help to understand my options related to L1B petition extension, my L1B petition is getting expire in month of Dec as well as I-94 however I do have visa valid for next two year. In addition my max stay period is also next year i.e June and not sure if I can get another extension for 6 month only. If Yes, do I need to go for visa stamping process? does anyone has similar experience? thank you ...
