l2 visa apply

Hello Members,

I need some help/info in applying L2 visa for my wife, I have valid L1 visa stamped 20 days ago, due to passport non availability my wife did not apply, now she got passport and ready to apply for L2 now what docs she need , I am still in India not traveled to US (no i-94 yet) so i don't have paystubs or tax returns etc. can she apply without those.
