I am currently working with a firm on L2 EAD which will expire by Oct 2015. I have filed for a renewal and it might get approved before october.
My husband recently moved to L1a and his petition would come by Sept end. Will this affect my EAD? Do i need to file another EAD after his visa status is renewed.
