Departure and Actual Travel dates differ for L2

Hello! I have submitted by DS160 for L2 VISA and done with my OFC appoinment. I have change in my Travel datesas below

Dates in DS 160
Departure: 25 Nov 2015
Arrival: 12 Jan 2016

Actual Departure date: 19 Nov 2015
Actual Arrival date: 20 Jan 2015

Will there be a problem?
Please note I will not be working in above duration and I do have NOC from my employer for the same

There should not be any problem, as long as the travel dates are after your interview date. While filling up the DS-160 your need to provide approximate travel dates. It need not be the exact date for an L-2 application.
Besides for an L-2 VISA the primary thing that the Officer will verify is the validity of the primary VISA holder's documents (L-1) and the L-2 applicant's relationship to the L-1 holder.
