Hi, I have below question about L1A individual.
Here is the situation:
I have stayed in USA from 2008 till 2013 on L1 B visa and converted from L1B to L1A in 2013. Considering 7 year period for L1 A, I have got i-94 to stay only till April 2015. Now I am moved back to India. It has been six months completed. I know i have to stay at least one year out of US for me to go back to USA. After completion of one year stay outside USA, Can I re use the same L1A petition under same employer? or my employer need to file a new petition for me? can you help me on this query?
