Travel after L1A visa stamped

My L1A visa has been approved and stamped last month for myself and my family.
I am currently in India.
My elder daughter is in US on B1 visa. Can I travel to US on the L1 visa to help my daughter change her status from B1 to L2 and come back.
Do note that I am expected to start my official work only in March 2016.
Any suggestions?

Well for your daughter to be eligible to move from B1 to L2 she needs to be less than 21 Years of age and you need to be present in US along with her. Read this thread about L2 not allowed to be in US while L1 is not present http://www.immihelp.com/forum/showth...ar-can-L2-work. Also, B1 to L2 can take Months to be approved.
