L2 Visa for my Child

Hi I am planning to schedule an appointment for L1 for me and L2 visa for Spouse and Kid.
My kid is 1.2 years of age. Is she allowed inside the consulate along with us for the interview?
If yes, do we need to carry a photograph of her? or will it be taken there?

I have already submitted the DS 160 form for all of them( me, My spouse and Kid).

Yes she will be allowed as long as you have included him in the interview and paid for his visa fees. As for photograph, it would be better if you take few of them as per specifications defined in the visa page. Photos are no longer taken at the consulate, they are outsourced, they would be taken at the time of OFC.
