L1B - DS160 - Previous U.S. Travel Information - Clarification

Hello,

I have a approved I129 Petition for NonImmigrant worker - H1B petition last year (2014). Since the employer did not proceed the processing further, I have not used the petition to get H1B VISA.

I am currently processing L1B petition with the current employer in India. I have a clarification in the DS160 application form under the section - "Previous U.S. Travel Information". There is a question as below:

Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services? Yes / No

Kindly suggest me whether I need to provide the H1B petition details with the reason or mention as "No".?

Please help me asap.

Answer should be NO. H1 is a non immigrant petition(temporary worker), if any employer files Green Card application(permanent worker) for you then you would say YES.
