L2 (EAD) to L1

Hi Team:

I am on a L2 VISA with a Valid EAD. However, my Spouse and I have to return to India as we are now looking for another Employer.
Can I travel back on a B1/B2 immediately. Is there any cooling off period in relation to L2 to B1/B2 Travel.
Please guide.

There is no cooling period but on what basis you consider yourself eligible for a B1/B2? Remember you need to show business or visit purpose for B1/B2.

Thanks for the advice. Since my employer is the same, Just a difference of the US entity or India Entity.
Also, my role would remain the same so to continue on the Project from the Meeting perspective and designing perspective ( No Production whatso ever)..I was thinking to fly back on a b1/b2.
Do you see the justification helpful.
