L1 Visa question

I am a New Zealand and British citizen currently living in New Zealand and am incorporating my company which I am founder and President in Delaware USA. I was wondering do I have to own an office and hire NZ employees to go through the L1 visa process or do I just have to stay as an Executive and work for 12 months managing the company before applying?

I would suggest that you talk to an attorney as their are numerous conditions apart from the one you mentioned on being eligible for L1 for establishing the US entity.
