L1A extension denied.

Dears;
I was granted an L1A for one year that expired in April 2015. I applied for L1A extension renewal in March 2015 and the USCIS asked for RFE which I responded to however It was denied!
I want to see my current options, please advise.

You can find some employer who is willing to file your H1 visa.
