Dear Members ,
I would like the opinion of other members on applying for a Green Card .
My L 1 A visa was stamped about a month ago and currently I am in US . My wife and daughter will be appearing for the L 2 Visa soon and are planning to join me sometime in May'16 .
My daughter will be of 21 years in end July and hence , I was contemplating to file my GC application before she turns 21 .
I would appreciate the comments from members whether I am eligible for applying a GC even though not yet completed 1 year on L 1 ?
I would like my daughter to be with me and hence what are the other options do I have .
Prompt comments would be highly appreciated .
