Travel to India

Hi ,

I am working for Employer A and i am working in L1 B Visa and i have the VISA until 2017 July

I am applying for H1 Visa for year 2016 through other Employer B ..

I have a personal commitment to travel to India for a short trip from May 15 2016 to June 10 2016

Is it ok to Travel to India , Please let me know my L1B Visa will be Active and i can travel back to US without any issues .

Your L1 would not be affected. H1 petition may be. Is H1 being filed as COS? Is is normal processing or premium processing?

Yes He is Filing New petition for me as COS and its a normal processing
