L2 EAD valid but L1 expired

Hello friends,

I need your help for the below question:
I am on L2 visa and have EAD that expires in March 2017. My husbands' L1 visa expires in September 2016 and he plans to leave US then. Can I stay in US and continue to work until March if my husband leaves the country?

Please help.

You're allowed to stay only until the expiration of the primary candidates visa expiry.
