New L1 and old L2 ( Valid )

Hi .. I have got a new L1 and my old L1 is still valid for 3 months. My family has their old L2's with the same end date as my old L1. Is it possible for them to accompany me for 1-2 months if i travel on my new L1 and they come back after 1-2 months?

As long as their L2 visa is valid & you (on any visa - new or old) are maintaining a valid status (working & continuously getting paid). They should be fine travelling on their to-be-expired visa & most probably they may get same I94 as yours.

In short, yes they can travel & they won't need to renew their visa until they move out of USA.
