L2 Visa Stamping Based on L1B holder's valid I94 (principal's I94)

I am in usa, my L1B blanket Visa and I129S expired in Nov 2015. Form I797(blanket) has indefinite validity. I am currently staying on valid I94 expiring in Nov 2017. My spouse's L2 visa and I94 Expired in Nov 2015 and she returned to India before I94 expiry.
Can she get L2 stamped on my valid I94 ? If she gets L2 based on my I94 - will she face any issues at port of entry ?
Anyone has clue in this matter or have gone through same or similar situation. An help will be appreciated.

Since your I129S is expired, aren't you out of status right now ? I am not 100% sure.

Thanks for your reply. I checked with my company's attorney team. My status is valid in US as I94 is valid(even though visa has expired).
I am looking for someone who can share their experience - How they got L2 dependent visa stamped based on I94 and traveled to US(to understand what did port of entry officer ask).
