    L1B Valid , Petition Expiring

    Hi ,

    my L1B visa is valid till Dec-2018 .
    Petition expiring Jan-2017
    I-94 Valid till May-2018 .

    Yes, i know this sounds weird. so wanted to check on what options do i have ?
    there is nothing like a 'Petition extension right ?
    And if i travel to my homecountry after Jan 2017 i cannot come back as the petition is invalid correct ?
