    B1 to L2 for 45 short term visit

    I have a valid B1. my husband has moved to US on L1-A. i want to travel on short term (for now) on L2.
    Will they approve my L2?
    I have studied in the US on F1 and my H1 was denied. I am in India since last 5 years. Married in India and currently working here.
