Hi All,
I had few queries related to EAD. It would be great help if anyone could help me on the following:
1. I have L2 visa and would be shifting to Philadelphia from Ireland in September, 2016. Can I apply for EAD from Ireland now? Or do i need to be present in USA to initiate the process?
2. Once i have applied for EAD can i start to look for jobs and apply for the same. Is it legal if i can give interview before receiving my work permit?
