H1 B Non Cap
I came to the US on March 2014 on H1 B visa. I converted to L1-B on Sep 2015 for my spouse to get EAD.
According to my current visa, am Maxing out on April 2019.
My question is can my organisation convert me back to H1 on non-cap prior to my max out so that I can extend my stay through I-140.
So while conversion to H1 non-cap can I stay in U.S or should I go back to india convert and come back?
