Hi friends,
My L1B Visa expires on Nov 19th 2016, My wife and I both have I 94 till Nov 19th itself.
My Company is filing for L1 and L2 Visa extension in premium, but I am yet to get a receipt #.
My queries pertaining are -
1. Can I apply for L2 EAD extension for my wife with just having the receipt # for Visa extension Application ?
2. Should I wait for L1 and L2 Visa to be approved ( thereby getting a new I94 ) before applying for EAD extension?
