L2 EAD Expedite
Hello There. I am rushi.
Thanks to all helpful people around.
I am in USA on L2 visa. I have applied for EAD last month. Now my company which I worked for in India is ready to hire me again in USA but EAD processing these days is tiresome.
My previous manager is saying EAD process could be expedited (not premium exactly) if company could provide me a letter that they want to hire me. However none of us have any solid knowledge about it.
Can somebody help us to understand if any such process exists and if its there, whats the format of such letter and whats eligibility?
