    L1 When GC filed in EB2 through H1B 5

    I have my GC filed when I was in US for H1B visa, almost 7 years back in EB2 category. After that my H1B renewal was rejected and have moved to India since. Can I go for L1 through the company in india. The company which have filed my GC is different then current one.

    L1 Visa which I might be going is L1B Individual
