Hi,
My husand's L1B blanket visa extension got rejected. His visa is expiring in Dec 2016.
Upon entry, he got his I-94 stamped until 2019. We have 2 more years for the L1B max out period.
Can we continue to work and stay in the US or are there any new rules that say its illegal to work with a valid I-94 only?
Please help.
