Hi,
I have been working as Sr. Analyst for my company in Europe for 2 years - which would clearly qualify as special knowledge position (L1B). My company plans on transferring me to the US to be closer to my team which is based in the US. Now, I got promoted to a managerial position with 4 direct reports in the US (all professionals with min. Bachelors degree) last quarter. Can my company apply for a L1A now, despite me having only two quarters of managerial experience? I am not sure if I would still qualify under L1B because I would mainly supervise their work and manage them. My company has a blanket L petition approved.
Help would be greatly appreciated,
