I'm on L1A & My I-94 expiry date is April 26, 2017.* I max out my stay in the US (7 years) *by July 31, 2017.
Interestingly, I have my L1A Visa stamp till 2020.* If I leave to India by March 2017 and come back to the US on the SAME L1A visa*in April 2018 (after 365 days cool off time), how much time will I have? is it 4 months or 7 years? Please advice.
