I was issued a Blanket L1 visa in Dec 2014. It is valid until 2019. However before I could use the visa to enter the US the job I was due to start was rescinded and I was advised not to use the visa until the job was ready to start. It is now Nov 2016 and I have asked to come to the US and start work. Is this visa still good, can I use to enter the US? I have all the accompanying paper from the lawyers and completed a the interview at the US Embassy and have the visa physically in my passport.
