Paying Fraud Prevention and Detection fee of $500 in Mexico

I have blanket L1B visa extension appointment at Tijuana consulate in Mexico on 5th and 6th of Dec. 2016.
For blanket L1B visa there is USD 500 Fraud Prevention and Detection fee that I need to pay. However, there is no online payment option for paying this fees.
Can someone please help me understand payment options available i.e. can I pay this fees by cash/credit card/personal cheque or any other option?
