L1A Individual-Urgent query:Need help..!!!

Hello All,
I am about to complete my documentation for L1A-Individual petition filing.
Can you please clarify below query?
I have only 6 reportees at offshore (3 direct + 3 Indirect) and they don’t have any reportees under them.

Is it okay or do we need to have more reportees at offshore?

As the approval for L1A individual is purely based on what we are putting in document I am bit worried.!

You are good to go. If question asked, you can show the future reportees you may have once you will be in states.
