lost I797
I have a valid L1 visa and L2 for my family till 2019 and valid i94 till dec2017. I have lost my form I797 and all the petition papers. my company lawyer says he has to file a new petition because I was supervisor in a foreign country and got transferred as manager here. I live in Arizona.can I go to nogales, mexico to file the new petition? and if it gets denied can i enter the US with my valid B1B2
