Hi All,
Was wondering if anyone can help me with this.
In Aug 2016, we moved back from US to India after my husband L1B visa maxed out( 5 years). He is currently serving cooling period.
My L2 visa,I94 and EAD is still valid till 2019 and my husband L1B visa, petition and I94 is also valid. (For some reason when we went for l1,l2 extension in 2015, they extend it for 3 years. but our 5 years got over in aug 2016 itself)
I am still working as a freelancer for my US company from INDIA.
My question is
1.) Can I visit US on my L2 visa for a week to attend a wedding. since I still have unexpired i94 and L2
2.)How easy it will be for me to apply for B2 visa when I am working as a freelancer for US company and getting paid in my US account.
Will really appreciate an insight to this..!!
