Hi...Was wondering If you can help me with this situation.
I was in US on L1B visa for 5 years and just came back in Aug2016 to serve cooling period. My L1B visa, Petition I-797, I-129 AND I94 is valid till 2019. Somehow I was issued visa/petition/i94 for 3 more years when I went for an extension in dec2015.
My question here is Can I go back to US in AUG 2017 after serving my cooling period on same L1B visa as my petition , visa and I94 all are still valid and unexpired.
