Hi,
I currently have an application pending for an I-129 extension
my current I-129 expires 01/31/2017 my L1 Stamp in my passport expires March 2019
I am looking to go home to the UK during January and plan to return on 23rd January.
My question is will this create problems on Re-Entry and / or will it cause problems with my Extension application?
