L1A Blanket visa vs Individual - Which one is better

If you have option for L1A Blanket visa Vs Obtain L1A - Premium processing, Which one, one should prefer ( and why ?) for higher chance of approval at Chennai Consulate

Individual application is always better as it gives you an opportunity to build your case. Blanket is pre-approved case, so its a generic approval.

I know that there is a L1B - Blanket and Individual but I am not sure if we have blanket in L1A visa.
