L2 Help

I am on L2 visa, have a valid EAD and I am working for past one and half years. We will be going to India this june and my husband who is on L1 and I have to go for Visa stamping. Is it necessary for me to tell that I am working. What if they ask me. We will be attending the interview in Delhi consulate.

Anybody with similar experience please help.

It should be okay to tell that you are working, if asked by the VO during interview, as its legal for a person with L2 to work with an EAD. Just to be on safer side, carry your recent paystubs and W2 forms.
