L2 -Extension (I-539) - Dependent Visa -Minor's Signature

Does anybody knows how to fill the final Part 5 of the I-539 form for your Dependent who is a minor. Who has to provide the signatures for your Minor in Section 3a Applicant's signature field .

Do you also have fill the section 7 of the same form? Section 7 is asking for Preparer's information ( if application is filled by some one other than the applicant)

The parent can sign on behalf of the minor. Also if the parent is filling, then he/she has to fill the prepare'r information.

Thanks Raghvi... I also thought the same but I was told by some one that when he put his name as preparer being the parent it got clarification...

Anybody who has filled the similar form as a parent his experience would be better.
