My husband and I are going to apply for L2 and L1 visa respectively from Canada (Mine on L1 and spouse as dependent). In 2016, my husband was refused entry into the US (even after having US visitor's visa) as per INA section 217 R39007. We are very worried if that will have an affect on the L visa approval now. Please help us with this situation.
