    Are RFE's gettingmore common on Premium processing?

    I received an RFE on Saturday for the second time after being denied an L1A previously, we have re-applied as a manager rather than executive as we are only a small firm in the US, and they have again sent an RFE. Is this common practice now? I see some on here have been approved, but did they get an RFE first?
