  • L1A Individual Is rejected, Can I go for L1A - Blanket - Canada Stamping

    Hello Friends -

I have filled my L1B to L1A - Individual Conversion to USCIS in April 21st 2017. I am waiting for response. Even though I am positive with the result but I would like to be prepare for plan B.

    Current L1B Expiry Date: Dec 2017. I 94 Expiry: Sep 2018. L1B - Max Out : Feb 2018.

PERM Labor is approved So I think I can file my H1B this Year, if approved I can stamp after OCT 2018.

Now If my L1A is approved then I will get 2 years more but if it is rejected and hoping to get result from USCIS by July-Aug timeframe...Can I apply for L1A - Blanket Canada Stamping around Feb 2018.

I think I need to leave US after Feb 2018 after my L1B max out and L1A Individual is rejected.

Do you see any option to stay here between March 2018 to OCT (If I get H1??) .. Do yo u think L1A-blanket Canada would be good option.

Do you have at least 1 Year experience in Managerial/Executive capacity working for the subsidiary of your company outside US?
