Hi,

My EAD expires in November 2017. Wanted to know if my renewal will be rejected as my Visa expires in Feb 2018. But I do have I 94 till 2020.

Need inputs.

Visas are only for entry. It's your status determined by your I-94 that matters.

Thank you so much for your response. Very helpful. But during the application submission they ask for my husband's Visa copy and not his I 94. This caused a worry in me.
