Hi My husband and I have just left the US after one year on an L1 or L2 visa (sorry I can't remember which one and my passport is locked away!) The visa was allocated in Aug 2016.
I think the visa was originally for 2 or 5 years (again can't remember)
My husband resigned from the company so we could return to the UK this August. His employment contract expired at the end of October
I am visiting the US with friends next week and I don't know if my visa is still valid or legal? How can I check?
Also if not legal can I apply for an ESTA?
Any advice would be appreciated..
