We have just returned from a year living in the US. We moved there in August 2016 and have an L1/L2 visa - sorry can't remember which and passports locked away.
My husband resigned from the US company and his employment contract ended on 31st Oct 2016.
What happens with the current visa? I am due to fly to New York next week and don't want to presume that this visa is still valid and get stopped at immigration! Should I apply for an ESTA? Any advice appreciated..
