Hello there,
I live in CA. My employer has filed for L1 B Extn for me on June 15th 2017 with Vermont Service Center. Its been more than 5 months and no status update. While the processing date of the Vermont Service center has crossed the date of my submission date, my employer has submitted a query to the USCIS team and a generic response has been received that "your case is still being reviewed".
Is there anyone whose case is similar to mine ? Any stats from previous experience on what decision I might probably get ? Just a guess ?
Note: I've tried to get a premium processing which my company isnt ready to do. Also, there are 6 rejections for L1B / I94 / petition expiry cases in my company where most of them got a RFE ini 2 - 3 months and then on sending a reply, a Declined decision has been received.
