Hello Everyone,
I have my L1A interview in couple of weeks. I have few queries based on my current status - I have L1B extension approved from USCIS but my visa has expired
1) I am appearing for L1A at Chennai but if it is not approved then will I automatically get L1B stamping based on USCIS approval?
2) Do I need to pay for Fraud Prevention Fees $500 again because I have already paid during my first L1B approval?
3) Does the consulate accept cash in Dollars/INR/Debit-Credit Card or needs to be DD only? If only DD does it need to be in USD or INR?
Your answer will help me to prepare well.
