Hi - I would like to speak to someone who can advise me on L1 Visa Interview.
My petition for the same has been approved and i needed guidance on how to apply for the Visa in India

L1 A and i94

Hi,

I have question regarding my L1A VISA and i94 date

1- My L1 A VISA Expire on End of August 2017
2- My i94 Expire on March 2020
3- My Wife and Kids VISA Expire on End of August 2017
4- There i94 Expire on March 2020

Now question is if my wife is going to India and coming back to US and if she gets 194 till her VISA expire date i.e. August 2017 and not the one she gets originally , In that case can i go to officer and ask to match i94 date with mine date or Vice versa .

All you need to do is submit DS160 and book online appointment with any embassy which is near to you.
i am hoping this is fresh visa.
i went recently for L1A Individual interveiw @Chennai and it is approved, waiting for passport.
